Elizabeth is a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy, having graduated from Texas Woman’s University in 2019. With a robust background in outpatient physical therapy, Elizabeth has garnered extensive experience working with diverse patient populations, emphasizing the achievement of optimal fitness and wellness goals.
Elizabeth’s expertise spans several areas, including blood flow restriction training, functional fitness, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, and endurance sports. She is a certified USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Women’s Fitness Specialist, and a Selective Functional Movement Screen (SFMS) Level 1 Specialist.
Elizabeth’s holistic approach to physical therapy, combined with her diverse qualifications and personal interests, uniquely positions her to support individuals in achieving their health and fitness goals.
